An attempt by Salesforce.com to gain control of the domain name Forces.com in a UDRP procedure failed.
Allegations of typo-squatting failed to convince the panel of the merit of this claim.
Some industry commentators were debating if this was a case of attempted “Reverse Domain Hijacking” (see Fusible – Salesforce.com).
